Cool new toy: Orbitix Sphero

So here's a cool new gadget/toy that was featured at this year's 2011 CES International Convention. Its an iPhone controled ball. It will be released by the end of 2011 and will be priced under $100. The website does not say, but I assume it will be for ages 3 to 100+. Apparently it will be used in Collaboration with iPhone apps such as maze & sumo wrestling games, etc.

Not sure if this will help fight child obesity but it look pretty interesting. Wonder if it does anything else besides roll around?
