Lawrence Taylor Pleads Guilty To 2 Misdemeanor Charges: "She told me she was 19"

What an idiot! After a long battle with drugs and other leagal troubles post his successful NFL career, I was really starting to pull for this guy.
Doing "Dancing with the Stars" was a great PR stunt to assist in repairing his public image but I guess he felt he did enough and wanted to have a little fun (pun intended, being that she was under age).

Former NFL star Lawrence Taylor pleaded guilty Thursday to sexual misconduct and patronizing a prostitute, misdemeanor charges that carry no jail time but require him to register as a sex offender.

The 51-year-old ex-linebacker, who led the New York Giants to Super Bowl titles in 1987 and 1991, will serve six years probation.

It almost make you feel sorry for the guy...I said ALMOST!
I'm not sure that probation was any better being that he's now a registered sex offender. I think he should have taken some sort of plea deal and gone to jail to avoid the "sex offender" tag, especially since she was under age.

Here's an idea? Hey LT. STOP being NASTY and enjoy retirement!
